We have a great opportunity in our Eden Prairie Minnesota location for a Helpdesk Technician in our Major Accounts Division
Position Description
The Helpdesk Technician’s scope of responsibilities includes but is not limited to the following functions:
- Promote a high level of customer satisfaction by answering incoming calls and providing end user technical support
- Active Directory Management computers and user accounts including account modification, password resets, and accounting onboarding & disabling.
- Provide O365 administration for MSP customers
- General computer & server issues
- Printing/scanner issues
- Basic network connectivity troubleshooting (VPN, router, switch)
- Basic business application support
Qualifications
- 1+ years of prior experience
- Possess strong analytical skills and effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- High level of focus and professionalism
