Terms and Conditions for First Month Discount Promotion

Promotion Overview
This promotion (“Promotion”) is offered by Corporate Technologies (“Company”) to new customers subscribing to our Managed Service Provider (MSP) plan. Eligible customers may receive a discount of up to $500 off their first month of services, not to exceed $500. In effect, the first month of service will be provided free, subject to the maximum discount amount.

Eligibility
This Promotion is available only to new customers who have not previously subscribed to any Corporate Technologies service. Verification of new customer status is required.

Discount Application
The discount will be applied at the time of service activation for the first month only. The total discount provided will not exceed $500. If the monthly service fee is less than $500, the discount will be limited to the amount of the service fee, effectively making the first month free.

Non-Transferability and Combination
This Promotion is non-transferable, cannot be combined with any other offer or discount, and is valid only for the first month of services.

Modification or Termination
Corporate Technologies reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to eligible customers as soon as reasonably practicable.

Limitation of Liability
Corporate Technologies makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding this Promotion. In no event shall Corporate Technologies be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with this Promotion or its administration. Your participation in the Promotion is at your sole risk.

Acceptance of Terms
By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by Corporate Technologies’ standard Terms of Service.
